Shipping and Delivery

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping within Australia
• Standard shipping: AUD $11. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping: AUD $15. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Free standard shipping applies to orders of AUD $100 or more. Express shipping is not included in the free-shipping offer.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number where tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside our control.

Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@xchpet-au.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed.

International shipping
International shipping is only available where a delivery option and rate are shown at checkout.
